Form Submissions | When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Google Drive for storage and with Zapier for data porting.

Email Marketing | We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

Mobile App

Data Collection | The Awareness & Compassion app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not require account creation or login.

Audio & Video | All meditation audio and video content is streamed from our secure servers. We do not track your listening or viewing history.

Analytics | We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as app opens and screen views) to improve the app experience. This data cannot identify individual users.

Third-Party Services | The app uses Expo for delivery and updates. No personal information is shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy | Our MIND MUSCLE program is designed for children ages 8-11. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
