This course is intended for purchase by adults, parents, teachers and therapists working with young ones to educate them on mindfulness & meditation in easy-to-understand, research-based, entertaining lessons with accompanying meditations.

The Awareness & Compassion Project is a humble gathering of a yoga teacher, a filmmaker, and a musician, to help do just that: plant seeds of awareness and compassion in the hearts of young people.
We are three long-time meditators who realized that we wished we learned these practices when we were younger. We know from experience that using mindful practices and techniques can help benefit our mental and emotional well-being.
We hope it helps you and your young learners reduce anxiety and generate a more aware, compassionate mind.
